What needs doing?

No hot water
Hot water units installed, commissioned and leak-tested, with the gas connection made and proven under HQ's own gas fitting licence.

A new gas appliance
Cooktops, ovens and heaters connected, with the gas pipework run, pressure-tested and commissioned. If the house is coming onto gas, the meter connection is part of the same job.

A bathroom or laundry
Toilets, basins, showers, baths and tapware, through to laundry plumbing and dishwasher connections, including accessible fit-offs.
A leak or a fault
Leak testing to find it, drain camera inspections to see it, and defect rectification and maintenance work to close it out.
Outside the house
Hose taps, downpipe connections, soakwells and soakage systems, and irrigation supply connections.
